Wendy is a certified professional coach, consultant and the founder of Spire Group. She works with people and teams who are committed to their personal and professional growth. Wendy uses coaching and development to fully leverage a leader’s potential and to create and sustain high performance teams.

Wendy has over 17 years of business experience in consulting, marketing, product development and operations, which she draws upon regularly when working with her clients. She is the co-founder of Catalyst, an organization committed to evolving leadership and giving back to the community. Through Catalyst she spearheaded and oversaw the design and facilitation of a leadership program for teenage foster girls offered through Pepperdine University in California.

Wendy holds the designation of Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from The Coache’s Training Institute (CTI) and also completed CTI’s international Co-Active Space Leadership Program. She has organizational systems and team coaching training from the Center for Right Relationship. She is certified and an authorized facilitator of the following assessment tools: The Stellar Team Diagnostic Assessment™, Bar-On EQ-i® and EQ 360®, The Leadership Circle™ and MBTI® (Myers-Briggs). Wendy has an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration (HBBA) degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and she is a member of the International Coach Federation.

Wendy is known for her directness, insights and ability to connect with heart as she supports others in accelerating their leadership development and generating desired performance results.  She lives in Oakville, Ontario with her family.
